IPL Auction - Dominion The Bidding War
IPL Auction is a strategy-based simulation of a cricket player auction. Teams manage budgets to build the strongest squad. The event tests negotiation skills, valuation, and strategic planning. Participants must balance star players with budget constraints. It combines sports knowledge with management thinking.

EVENT GUIDELINES

- Each team should consist of 2–4 members.
- All team members must belong to the same college; inter-college teams are not permitted. There is no limit on the number of teams participating from a single college.
- Participants can bring their laptops.
- Top 10 teams will be shortlisted and finalized for the final round.
- Teams must complete registration within the stipulated time and produce valid college ID cards ( If unavailable, a letter from the college is required) during reporting.
- Teams must report at least 30 minutes prior to the event start time; late reporting may lead to disqualification.
- Details of preliminary rounds and the auction format will be shared a day before the event.
- Use of electronic devices is strictly prohibited during the preliminary rounds.
- Bids once placed cannot be withdrawn under any circumstances.
- Only materials provided by the organizers may be used during the event.
- The scoring and evaluation criteria will be disclosed prior to the final round.
- Teams found guilty of any form of malpractice, unfair means, or collusion will be disqualified.
- The decision of the auctioneer and the organizing committee shall be final and binding.
