EVENT GUIDELINES

- Each team should consist of 2–4 members.
- All team members must belong to the same college; inter-college teams are not permitted.
- Participants can bring their laptops.
- Top 10 teams will be shortlisted and finalized for the final round based on performance in the preliminary rounds.
- There is no limit on the number of teams participating from a single college.
- Teams must complete registration within the stipulated time and produce valid college ID cards during reporting.
- Teams must report at least 30 minutes prior to the event start time; late reporting may lead to disqualification.
- Details of preliminary rounds and the auction format will be shared a day before the event.
- Use of electronic devices is strictly prohibited during the preliminary rounds.
- Bids once placed cannot be withdrawn under any circumstances.
- Only materials provided by the organizers may be used during the event.
- The scoring and evaluation criteria will be disclosed prior to the final round.
- Teams found guilty of any form of malpractice, unfair means, or collusion will be disqualified.
- Any form of misconduct or indiscipline towards organizers, auctioneer, or other participants will lead to immediate disqualification.
- Organizers reserve the right to modify rules, rounds, or schedules if required.
- The decision of the auctioneer and the organizing committee shall be final and binding.
- Lunch coupons will be distributed to all team members.
