EVENT GUIDELINES

  • This is an individual event and is open for both UG & PG students.
  • Photos taken on DSLR/ Mirrorless/ Digital cameras will only be allowed and must be genuine, original work of the participant. And should be taken from in and around the campus on the day of the event.
  • Photos will be judged based on Composition, Originality, Creativity, Relevance to the theme
  • A single best shot related to the topic should be mailed to tt38spotphotography@gmail.com before 3 pm.
  • Participants can spot register online or from campus on 3rd May and 4th May & Click picture as well as submit it either on 3rd May or on 4th May according to participants convenience.
  • Subject of the mail should be “Spot Photography” and the body of the mail should contain the participant’s Name & mobile number and Registration No.
  • Please read the photograph specifications carefully, failing to adhere to the same will lead to disqualification.
  • Decision of the judges will be final.

    Photographic Specifications:
  • The image should be in JPEG format only.
  • The minimum resolution of the picture must be 5 Mega Pixels. The total file size should be less than 24MB.
  • The EXIF data of the photograph must remain intact.
  • Photographs must not have any borders, signatures, logos, or watermarks.
  • Slight color corrections are permitted, heavily edited photos will be rejected.
